The following explains what we expect from our Colere members. It’s important that each Colere member takes the points below into account especially since we lean on asynchronous communications throughout our teams.

We want you to have autonomy Colere is not an after-school program. It’s a growing business built on its teams’ initiatives. We trust and rely on your talent and passion to make Colere better. If you think something needs to be done, go ahead and try it! Colere is built on a foundation of the team member's autonomy.

We value transparency We are all working remotely, so we never get to have those hallway chats like in a typical workplace. It's important more than ever to work and communicate in the open.

Each member at Colere produces values. Working with new members will produce a spark that leads to your One Step Ahead experience Colere will contribute sustainability based on actions as a global citizen.

  1. You are at the center of Colere’s experience. The outcome of your work provides value to our clients or users. That value is the basis of trust and new expectations towards Colere.
  2. When you interact with other members through projects or dialogues, that will inspire new excitement for your own life. You exchange each other’s experience.
  3. Colere is committed to contributing to the earth’s environment. Together, we will enjoy taking action towards the earth’s future.
