  1. I'm your experience Treat candidates just as how you will for existing members to give them best quality of experience during the interview.
  2. Less is more Aim for a high candidate experience through removing unnecessary administrative process. We aim to build a system and process that enable people to work productively and thrive the lives for both members and candidates.
  3. Nurturing community We aim to develop new ways of working with candidates even when they cannot join immediately. We always seek for a possible future collaboration.
