Our members are working from around the world. When someone is up and running, others may be asleep or enjoying their weekends. They also bring various expertise and knowledge, making Colere as diverse as it can be.
We don’t have a dedicated office. Everyone works remotely. That means that your office could be anywhere. A campground, a beach, and of course, your own room can be your office! What you’ll only need is stable internet access to join our online meetings.
What's on your mind? Send a quick Slack message to the team. Do you have ideas that you think will benefit the team? No worries, schedule a 1:1 with one of the founders. They have an open-door policy. Basically, there are no bad ideas - all ideas are welcome.
One of our primary businesses is based on management consulting services to our partners. We work side-by-side with them during the whole process. This builds trust with our partners and helps us deliver results. We also have “Colere House”, a residential workspace that is an integral part of the Iki community. We want to grow along with the community while building more partnerships with nearby businesses. For Colere members, this site becomes our valuable sanctuary to gather and share all of our sense since we all work remotely.
"What can we do for the planet and its future?" ****This question is our top of mind. We believe it's our responsibility to take action against the risk of climate change. As a company, we are working towards being certified by B Corp. We also encourage our members to take part in 1% Baton and "Shirokuma (Polar Bear)" Activities.
